Material changes should leave a visible trail.
What we correct
Gastromica corrects factual, measurement, safety, attribution, licensing and cultural-context errors. A correction can also retire a recipe when the evidence is too weak to support publication.
How revisions work
The claim and source records are updated first. Measure, Steward and Skeptic rerun when their gates are affected. A substantive change invalidates the prior JB approval and requires a new human decision.
How to report an issue
Email corrections@exploregastromica.com. Include the recipe URL, the statement or measurement at issue, and a source when available. This address will begin routing when the custom domain is connected.
What never changes silently
Testing status, image provenance, safety guidance and material cultural claims are not quietly rewritten to protect traffic. Their revision records remain part of the editorial history.
